We meet every week in the evening at our cosy office at Mezibranská 4, Prague 1, guided by our experienced counsellors. Each 90-minute session opens with 30 minutes of practical tips and insights from current research, followed by an hour of guided group discussion.
You can share at your own pace, without interruption, or simply listen: there is never any pressure to speak. Rather than giving advice, we share our experience, strength and hope. We use first names only, and what is said in the group stays in the group. Every participant signs a confidentiality consent form before joining.
One monthly reservation fee lets you join as many sessions as you like that month. Come as you are. You don’t have to go through this alone.
