Dana Hernández Kočková is an Integrative Wellbeing Coach & Holistic Practitioner with over 30 years of professional experience supporting individuals, groups, and organisations through personal growth, life transitions, emotional wellbeing, and psychosomatic processes.
Her work is rooted in an integrative mind-body approach, bringing together cognitive psychology, psychosomatic work, embodiment, existential perspectives, coaching, and holistic methodologies. She works with the whole person, exploring the connection between body, emotions, thoughts, relationships, and life experience as a pathway towards greater self-awareness, clarity, resilience, and meaningful change.
Dana supports people navigating some of life's most challenging experiences, including grief and loss, relationship difficulties, separation, identity and self-worth, emotional overwhelm, stress and burnout, major life transitions, uncertainty, and the physical and emotional manifestations of difficult or unresolved experiences. She also works with people navigating migration, cultural adaptation, belonging, and the challenges of building a meaningful life between different cultures.
Originally trained in Mexico, Dana holds a degree in Audiology, Language and Learning Therapy and Neuropsychology, a Master's degree in Cognitive Psychology, and a four-year professional certification in Psychocorporal Techniques for Human Development / Río Abierto System, with a focus on psychosomatic work with individuals, groups, and organisations. She also holds a Diploma in Existential Logotherapy based on Viktor Frankl's approach from the Institute in Vienna.
Her multicultural perspective is an integral part of her work. Born in Prague, raised and professionally trained in Mexico, and having lived and worked across different countries and cultural environments, Dana brings a deep personal understanding of cultural transition, adaptation, identity, and the experience of belonging to more than one world.
Over more than three decades, she has developed an integrative practice that combines diverse methodologies with a deeply human, embodied, and practical approach. She creates a warm, respectful, and non-judgemental space where people can pause, reconnect with themselves, understand what they are experiencing, and access their own resources for moving forward.
Dana works in English and Spanish.
